I've lived in the area for quite a while and had never tried this establishment. A friend suggested it, and although hesitant, I joined the group. It was really nice! The drinks were great, and the wings were delicious. We played pool and darts while listening to choice music! Our waitress was attentive, and that made the experience even better. Good job, Stone City!
Great atmosphere, I liked that it wasn't super crowded. They have pool tables and it appeared they had a league setting up toward 7pm. The service was great, very attentive and she circled back several times. My only disappointment was the food. I had the tandoori chicken and the nan was dry and crunchy in the middle. The chicken was barely edible, it had a ton of cartilage and was really unappealing. The ingredients along with the chicken did not seem fresh. To improve this I suggest using fresh chicken and to not over cook the onion so that the cilantro does not get steamed inside the sandwich. I will most likely give this place another chance to see if the food quality was lacking on just this occasion. Also got the Bavarian pretzel and the cheese sauce was tasty but was so thin it dropped everywhere, just making it a mess to eat.
I like this place, great TV setup good sound system . It has a nice U shape bar, a bit pricey but I understand, 4 beers 3 fireballs $47 . They have a big patio also , definitely check out this place for a game
If you want a drink you're better off going somewhere else. Servers will check on you every 1.5-2 hours when the place is dead. If it's busy you're only chance for consistent drinks is ordering buckets at a time.
Arianne is by far one of the best bartenders. She has a knack for remembering orders, faces and drink preferences. She’s so welcoming and has a great sense of humor.
Wasn't bad but wasn't any place special. Noisy during lunch. Hubby and friend each had rueben. Friends sandwich had lots of meat, saurtkraut, fries and a pickle on the plate. My hubby's was lacking same amount of meat and no pickle. Said wasn't bad, just lacking. Nothing special.
Their chicken wings here are awesome! The staff is always friendly and mostly attentive. I have to shoot pool at this bar sometimes. Since Mongo McMichael's closed down this place has been my go-to for chicken wings.
Overpriced food with a combo of waitresses and bartenders that are flirting with patrons … ( getting massages and gambling on slot machines while working ) waited a half hour for a drink before I gave up . Disgusting service
I sent this directly to the restaurant but never got a response. Maybe they will respond to this review 🤷🏻♀️
My name is Corrin and I am reaching out regarding a situation that occurred at your restaurant today. Just a little backstory we have visited your restaurant for YEARS!!!!!! Before you remodeled… during covid… when you were charging double for the price of wings… we’ve been visiting for a while… I have NEVER in all those years had to either pre pay for my food or start a tab and have a waitress hold my card while sitting at a table. So when Jacquelyn said we either needed to pay or start a tab I was blown away. When I questioned her she said she had someone try to skip out on their bill yesterday. Please explain what that has to do with me. I have never in my life left a restaurant without paying. But she insisted so we provided our card to her. I must say this completely rubbed me the wrong way and after seeing people at the bar paying for food after they were finished with their meal really pissed me off. I feel like we were discriminated against and that is not ok! So when it was time to pay I decided to question her because this just wasn’t sitting right with me. So I asked if this was a restaurant policy or a “her” policy. She said a restaurant policy.. So I asked what her managers name is and she said Milton I said well if I call Milton and ask him is he going to tell me that?? She said wellllll I would hope so.. then proceeded to say how she almost had someone leave without paying. Well how did they leave and skip out on their bill if you make every one start a tab or prepay…. This policy just start today?? My concern is… is everyone in here giving a card or “pre paying” for their food??? Which I know for a fact that was not the case. I am not satisfied with her explanation. I have no problem giving my card but I do have a problem with being discriminated against. So I would like an explanation!!!! It should be all or none! Mind you we were just here on 8/25 and no one asked for a card until after we finished our meal…
Love this place .... perfect service .... great quality food..... owner extremely friendly
